CR 5500 TV20  Contributor's Pick!       
i conducted this CR detour train from campbell hall ny to Passaic Jct when i was on the NYSW. Andy Frankovic was my Engineer. this is us going thru hawthorne NJ. this is the original Form D for permission on the Hudson Secondary.. i forget the photographer who took this for us.

Tom Beckett General Interesting. A Form D for TV 20 on the Hudson Secondary-the old Lehigh & Hudson River-which would put it on the NYSW once it fulfilled the order. I bet that caused a few head scratches on the part of NYSW fans that day!! The time indicates that they had a morning run to Jersey. Must have been a sight!!
